The First Pres Creative Arts Community is planning for some fun times this fall! Because there’s been such a presence of Japanese art in several venues in our area this summer, we thought you might like to try your hand doing Japanese brush art at our first meeting. Carol Fiene, Joanne May and Nancy Cavanagh will be helping to create beautiful pieces. You will come away with your very own creation of bamboo, florals, or other traditional Japanese designs. Bring your experimental, ‘playful’ selves—there will be no pressure, only a prerequisite to have a great time of fun, learning, and sharing! We will provide all supplies; donations will be accepted.
