First Pres is looking for volunteers to serve as Mentors in our Bridge of Hope program. This is a great opportunity to directly help struggling families that would otherwise be homeless in our community. Our church provides transitional housing, as well as guidance, emotional support, and coaching on life skills through the Mentors that develop relationships with these families. Bridge Communities will be offering new Mentor training on Saturday October 21 – which is also a great way to learn more about the program if you’re thinking about it!
