Live Nativity
Friday, Nov, 27 | 6-7pm | Front Lawn
Just steps from the downtown tree lighting … Capture the wonder of the season at the First Pres Live Nativity. Live animals including a llama, sheep, and ducks, complete the scene, and hot cocoa and cookies will be served. The event is free and open to the public.

Women’s Christmas Tea

Women are invited to a joyful and meaningful celebration of the Christmas season. Gather around beautifully hosted tables to enjoy light bites, sweet treats, warm tea, and heartfelt conversation as we prepare our hearts for Christmas together. Invite a friend or neighbor and come enjoy a beautiful morning of connection, encouragement, and the true joy of the season.

Blue Christmas

Sometimes, the holidays can feel heavy. For those who have lost a loved one, are experiencing grief or illness, or are feeling any other sadness or loneliness, Christmastime can feel deeply isolating instead of joyful. If this resonates with you, please join us for our Blue Christmas Service. Blue Christmas is a worship service traditionally held on the longest night of the year. Together we will sing, pray, laugh, cry, and listen to one another’s stories. Whether the holidays feel hard for you this year, or if you’d just like to begin your Christmas week with a moment of peace and reflection, join us in the chapel, where we will come together and leave feeling hopefully a bit lighter and warmer than before.
