First Pres

Hired Shana Frederick as the Director of Community Formation. In her new part-time role, Shana will work closely with Cinda Siligmueller and other staff members to bring to life the Identifiable Communities vision expressed as a part of ALL IN.

Kicked Off the fall season with high school and middle school ministries, Faith Builders, and Equipped.

First Pres

Celebrated the kids and their families who participated in First Pres’ Bible Milestone on Sunday, September 15th.

Served on two mission trips to Milwaukee & Montana. Students supported The Hunger Task Force’s farm, providing fresh produce to those in need. The Montana team served at Ft. Peck Reservation hosting a vacation bible school and completing construction projects.

New Beginnings In Student Ministries

Student Ministries has had an exciting Fall kickoff! Our Junior High Ministry (TNT) provides a space for students to grow in faith, friendships, and fun through games as well as large and small group discussions. Each week, 50 students come together to learn how the Bible is one story. Confirmation is guiding 24 students as they take ownership of their faith, wrestle with their questions and doubts, and explore their identity, purpose, and belonging. Meanwhile, the High School Ministry is offering meaningful opportunities for older students to connect and grow. Led by Jen Bradbury and Mike Henry, these ministries help students connect with God, each other, as well as committed adult and student leaders.
