YMEN gardening update, June 2020

Again this year our church will help plant the YMEN Community Garden at the corner of Cermak Rd and Avers Ave in the Lawndale neighborhood of Chicago. This will be especially meaningful to the YMEN community at this time of health, financial and social insecurity.

Volunteers will need to coordinate their own transportation but tools, gloves and masks will be provided. Social Distancing will be done by assigning a single garden bed to a household to prepare and plant.
