Our lives and our needs have changed throughout the years (especially in 2020 and 2021) opening more ways to be the church and grow in our faith. Considering our church’s mission to be More Than Sunday and the current state of ministry in a pandemic, we have been thinking outside the box with a desire to have more people involved in Adult Education.
To more adequately reflect who we are and what we do, in the fall of 2021, Adult Education will become EQUIPPED.
A new name brings new opportunities to include others and enliven our purpose. We will still provide classes on Sunday mornings. In addition, we will offer special classes and events to help us grow all week long. Our goal is to equip people for the work of ministry so together we can love and serve our Lord Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 4:12)
