High School students, come and serve on a 1-day building project with Habitat for Humanity on July 30th from 6am to 9pm. We’ll learn about the history of Chicago and how this incredible organization is bringing tangible change to a disenfranchised community. We ask that each student raise $25 which will go directly toward the building project. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided.
Students will ride in the church van to the Chicago site. We will work with Habitat for Humanity 8am-3pm. Students will enjoy dinner in the city after our day of work. Afterwards we’ll head back to Glen Ellyn for some games and fun.
