First Pres 100th Year Celebration

With grateful hearts and great anticipation, we invite you to join us in celebrating a remarkable milestone — 100 years of God’s faithfulness to our church. For a century, this congregation has been a place of worship, fellowship, service, and spiritual growth, impacting generations within our community and beyond.
As we reflect on where we have been and rejoice in how far God has brought us, we also step forward in faith — committed to continuing the mission and ministry that will guide the next 100 years.

Arrowhead Golf Club

Join us for a night of celebration and gratitude as First Pres gathers at Arrowhead Golf Club for dinner along with a silent and live auction. Doors open at 6pm, grab a paddle and a drink (cash bar available) and review the silent auction items on display. Dinner begins at 7pm with the live auction starting at 8pm.

Saturday, November 7 & 8

Join friends and members of the First Pres family—past and present—for a weekend of fun, fellowship, and worship. Saturday offers a time to reconnect, reflect, and celebrate the spirit of community that has sustained us for the past 100 years. On Sunday morning, we will gather for a special worship service filled with meaningful moments and elements that commemorate God’s enduring faithfulness through every generation.

Each month in the Gathering Place, we’ll spotlight a different decade, bringing the past to life through photographs, stories, prayers, and historic highlights that shaped our journey. From our earliest beginnings to the vibrant present, this evolving display invites you to explore how, through our walk with Him, God has blessed and used us to impact our community, fellowship, and church life, as well as the people and moments that made it all possible. Be sure to visit the Gathering Place every month to learn more about First Pres History!

Experience the story of First Pres through videos of those who have lived it. Throughout our 100th year, we will share powerful video stories that capture and preserve personal memories from across generations of the First Pres family.
