Have you been looking for a committed, encouraging and welcoming community to support your child in discovering God and His word? On this Welcome Sunday, we begin Fall children’s worship – Inspire and Ignite – and invite parents and children to celebrate with us following the second church service. We’ll have refreshments and lots of fun planned. Teachers and small group leaders will be on hand to welcome children and parents, and to answer questions from newcomers.

First Pres offers the following programs on Sunday mornings, led by trained staff and volunteers including First Pres members, parents and grandparents.
NURSERY (Birth through 2-year-olds) First Pres provides loving care for infants and introduces our youngest children to fun Bible stories and songs geared to their age.
INSPIRE (Age 3 through Kindergarten) Helps kids discover God loves them, made them, and has a plan for them. Kids hear an exciting story from the Bible, sing high-energy songs, do fun activities and circle up for prayer time.
IGNITE (1st-5th grades) An upbeat worship experience where kids learn to live out their faith in meaningful ways and how God’s word applies to their lives today. Kids start the morning with friends in a large group with energetic worship music, and a fun, age-appropriate Bible-based lesson led by faith mentors, and then break into small groups for a more focused discussion, activity, and prayer.
