New Sermon Series | Waiting on the Lord: Faith and Doubt in Troubled Times
Nearly every person of faith knows what it is to wrestle with hard questions for God. Why do the wicked prosper? Why does God not intervene to end unjust suffering? Why do prayers for deliverance from affliction seem to go unanswered?
The prophet Habakkuk put just such questions to the Lord as he experienced the circumstances of his life, challenging the promises of God. We will walk alongside Habakkuk’s grappling with his faith during a time when God seems to make no sense. We will see how we can respond, find joy in the midst of times of trial, and walk with faith through the great challenges of life.
