The B family lives and works in a restricted-access Central Asian country where they live among the U people, sharing the gospel with this Muslim people. They operate a fruit orchard business with the aim of holistically improving the lives of the U orchardists as well as bringing the gospel to this region. Their vision is to impact U farmers and communities with the gospel through developing a profitable horticulture business that produces high-quality fruit trees and fruit. In 2017, First Pres, through the missions council, provided a grant for a pump and irrigation system for the orchard. The B family recently returned to their home country after a 2 1/2-year absence while seeking medical treatment in Thailand and New Zealand for their daughter Ruby.
