ESSE provides ecumenical support services for the elderly in the form of day care, Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm.
January is a wonderful time to visit the center and play a game, tell or read a story, share a hobby or craft project, play an instrument, sing, deliver homemade cookies or cake, help with lunch, or just visit and talk.
Visits can be arranged with director Sue Millington at 630-858-1005. ESSE is located at Faith Lutheran Church, 41 N. Park Blvd, Glen Ellyn. ESSE always needs small prizes and gifts like soap, hand lotion, picture frames, Kleenex, wrapped candies, lunch size crackers or cookies, makeup, costume jewelry or greeting cards.
