First Pres

Hosted a trunk or treat on Sunday, October 27. Eighteen people hosted trunks and 65 kids and their families joined us for this fun event! We loved getting to see everyone’s great trunks and costumes.

Offered five Christmas Eve services where we celebrated the birth of Jesus Christ. We had a total of 1,797 attend both in-person and online.

First Pres

Celebrated the opening of the newly renovated Sanctuary on Sunday, December 22. There was much excitement about the progress of the space.

Combined our High School and Confirmation retreats into one powerful weekend of faith formation, fun, and fellowship.

My Brother’s Kitchen: Where Service Meets Connection

On the first Saturday of each month, First Pres Glen
Ellyn prepares and serves brunch to the residents of North Lawndale. My Brother’s Kitchen (sponsored by YMEN and Lampstand Ministries) offers meaningful fellowship and serves 100+ meals at the YMEN community center in Chicago. Volunteers help by preparing food, serving meals, and sharing in conversations. Join us as we serve others and make a difference! Interested in volunteering?
