We rejoice with you on your approaching marriage and are happy that you are considering First Presbyterian Church as the place to celebrate this special day. We emphasize the religious nature of the service. The wedding ceremony is a service of Worship. In this service we seek God’s blessing. We hear God’s word to us in scripture and speak to God in prayer. We celebrate God’s gift of human life and human love.
Our pastors are delighted to perform weddings for our members. Nonmembers are welcome to use our facilities, but will need to provide their own pastor.
To reserve your wedding date, begin by consulting the church office (630-469-2007, ext. 10) for the most current schedule of openings. Please be aware that we do not schedule weddings on holiday week-ends and we do not host wedding receptions at the church.
Next, complete and return the wedding questionnaire (available from the church office) and a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your wedding date.
