LIVE ”Living In View of Eternity”
Thursday nights 7:00-9:00pm, Youth Lounge
What connection does Jesus have with our daily lives? How is the Bible even relevant to the struggles I have? What does God really have to say about the world we live in? What happens when I’m not sure about this “God-stuff” at all? All these questions are important and safe at our mid-week senior high ministry, LIVE (Living In View of Eternity).
At LIVE we spend time each week having some hang-out time and snacks – we’ll have some worship, games, activities, open-mic sharing time, large group and small groups as we seek to find the answers to the questions we all live with. This year in particular we’ll be studying the book of Revelation and spending some time talking about what we want the future of senior high youth ministry to look like at First Pres. LIVE kicks off on September 15 and continues the rest of the school year. We look forward to seeing you on Thursday nights as we seek to know God more and grow closer to Him. Senior Highers, it’s going to be an awesome year!

Contemporary Worship Service – 9:00amWe believe that worship is the most powerful and influential use of our time throughout the week. We encourage you and your parents to go to worship together, or come sit with Jos, the interns and other youth up in the balcony, we’d love to see you!

Have an odd job or project you need help with?
Our senior highers want to help. Students going on the annual Mystery Mission Road Trip will help you or a friend out in return for donations that support the mission trip. They will help you in babysitting, yardwork, moving, cook a meal, etc. If we could help you, or you want to hire us for a friend, contact Jos at jsmolik@firstpresge.org or 630-469-2007.
