Who is the Holy Spirit? What exactly does the Holy Spirit do? As Christians, we affirm that the Holy Spirit is essential to our faith. But for many Christians – and perhaps especially for Presbyterians – the Holy Spirit is mysterious and even confusing. In this four-week class, we will discuss what the Bible says about the identity and activity of the Holy Spirit, how the Spirit has functioned throughout salvation history, and the ongoing role of the Spirit in both the individual Christian life and the life of the church today.

Class instructor is the Rev. Dr. David McNutt (Ph.D., Cambridge) Associate Editor at IVP Academic, and a guest professor in the Biblical & Theological Studies department at Wheaton College.
